Being a guest on a Rikki Lake show with an all female audience, I tell the audience about how I deceived and cheated on my previous girlfriend. Rikki then announces that the only way to deal with the cheating is to be spanked on air. I am led to a high backed armless chair on the stage and dragged over Rikki's knee. A sound spanking follows to cheers from the audience. The extraordinarily consistent intelligence, imagination, wit, humor, and writing skills of its members, with particular emphasis on so many women with these attributes that post here. Couple those qualities with their sexuality, and you have a news group like no other at least none that I have seen.

Wow. That's tough to answer as there are just too many. However, the author that had the most *influence* on me was probably Ginger. Not just because of her superior writing skills, but when I first found the group, she opened my eyes to the fact that there were down-to-earth women out there that not only shared my kink, but reveled in it. She also sent me my first comment to my first story. I thought I'd died and went to heaven. I was "accepted" - a good feeling.

DebbieAnn's 'Debporn' was at the other extreme and to my eyes it opened up a "no holds barred" type of writing the fantasies in one's head - I loved her posts, and still do - just because of the freedom of expression. It's tough to write down one's deepest fantasies, despite the anonymity of a news group - takes a tad of courage.

As a musician, I thoroughly enjoy the old song parodies of Spirit and Ted - it's so much more fun to sing the melodies in my head rather than just read the words. [BTW, (re: Tony's post) - I didn't have an Elkatone, but did have a Magnitone from Italy and saved up grass-cutting money to buy a Farfisa Compact Organ and learned "96 Tears" by Question Mark & the Mysterians the very next day. ;) Our teenage garage band also sang the words to "Louie, Louie" clear and QUITE distinctly! lol, and not too long after that I wasted some money and bought a piece of crap Wurlitzer electric piano.

... and from one techo-weenie to another, I now have a Korg X-2 76-note workstation, two Kawai midi controllers, Roland sound modules up the ying-yang, Voce Micro B-II with killer B-3 sounds, CBS Fender portable Leslie, and enough amps, wattage, and JBL's, to not only rattle the pictures off the wall, but sink the Bismarck as an afterthought. Shit. If I only could play them.

[BTW-2: The name "Duchin" was taken because as a kid I saw the movie, "The Eddy Duchin Story", which was a Hollywood bio of the pianist/band leader of the '40's. I don't write as many stories as I used to and right now am in the process of finding them all. I'm attracted to the diversity of the people and their views and it's not uncommon to find me posting a polite comment here and there. ;)
